While also acting for a number of commercial property owners, we have a particular expertise in acting for occupiers largely of restaurant and leisure, retail and office premises.

We pride ourselves in taking a much more hands-on role in the letting process than most other law firms. We can, if required, assist in the negotiation of heads of terms and we aim to work closely with our clients’ planning consultants and fitting-out team to ensure that there is an effective interface between the legal process and those other two important facets of any new letting.
