Commercial property partner Paul Jagger has recently acted for Jamie Oliver in the opening of his new restaurant - Jamie Oliver Catherine St - in London’s Covent Garden. The restaurant features a courtyard garden with high ceilings and exposed brick walls, whilst the main dining area is decorated with a mahogany bar, art-deco-inspired detailing, and marble countertops.

Jamie Oliver is joined by head chef Chris Shail, who he has previously worked with for eight years at Barbecoa, and pastry chef Emma Jackson, who joins from Soho Farmhouse and Petersham Nurseries.

The menu at Jamie Oliver Catherine Street delivers food sourced from independent producers and suppliers and intends to be “reflective of Jamie’s love of Britain’s rich and diverse food culture”. The food is paired with a wine list curated by Filipe Bhering, which focuses on new and old-world wine, and cocktails from Jay Rivera.
