Rubilee is an associate solicitor in the property finance department.

Rubilee graduated from the University of Sussex in 2013 with a degree in Law with Spanish. After taking a year out to backpack around Southeast Asia, she completed her MSc in Law, Business and Management with a distinction whilst working full time in the commercial property department of a regional law firm. Rubilee qualified as a solicitor in March 2020 and has since specialised in land development transactions, acting for developers and landowners.

Rubilee has recently joined the firm in 2022 and will be assisting on a variety of property finance transactions acting for banks and other lending institutions.
