Marie joined Glovers in 2019 and is a senior associate in the property finance department.

Marie graduated from De Montford University Leicester in 2010 and trained and worked in the London Bridge office of a South East law firm prior to joining Glovers.

Marie acts for a variety of banks and specialist lenders in relation to loans secured over residential, commercial and development properties and advises on a range of property finance matters.


Her experience includes:

  • Acting for lenders financing the acquisition of hotels, care homes and shopping centres.
  • Acting for a lender in connection with the refinance of 60 mixed use properties.
  • Advising the lender in relation to the refinance of a converted WWII Bomber Command in Yorkshire.
  • Advising on the structuring of secured loan facilities and security packages.

Marie has achieved both Level 1 and Level 2 Awards in British Sign Language.
