Annie joined Glovers in 2019 as a paralegal in the property finance department and qualified in May 2023 having gained experience in commercial property, property finance and dispute resolution.

Annie assists on a range of commercial property transactions. Led by the partners of the team, Annie has acted on behalf of restaurant operators, charities and property developers dealing with a variety of cases involving restaurants, offices and new-build flats and houses.

Annie also works within the property finance team and has experience in acting for banks and lenders in relation to development, investment and bridging loans which are secured over development and residential properties.
