He supports property holding companies with strategic portfolio management, including whole or partial disposals, refinancing and the negotiation of lease renewals and extensions. Tom helps clients optimise assets to unlock value, improve cash flow and position their properties for future growth.
Tom acts for commercial borrowers as they refinance or reorganise their portfolios, overseeing due diligence, security requirements and the practicalities of restructuring to deliver practical, commercially focused outcomes.
His practice also covers landlord and tenant work across industrial estates, retail premises and office accommodation, advising on lettings, lease negotiations and day-to-day asset management.
In addition, Tom has acted for a wide range of bridging lenders, institutional funders and alternative finance providers on commercial, residential, and development led lending matters.
