Glovers act for Pizza Express on its first QSR sites

Glovers' Associate, Naana Binfoh, and Partner, Philip Shotter, have acted for longstanding client, Pizza Express (Restaurant) Limited as it begins to roll out its smaller QSR format restaurants. The new restaurants will offer a self-ordering system, and customers can choose to eat in, order a takeaway or a delivery.

The first two sites in Finsbury Park and Brixton opened earlier on in the summer, and a third site in Earl’s Court is due to open in the near future.
