Fiona is a senior associate in the commercial property and property finance departments.

Fiona graduated from Warwick University in 2008 having read English Literature and went on to study the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, Guildford. She subsequently trained at a leading global law firm which included a year’s client secondment before qualifying into the firm’s Real Estate team.

Fiona assists on property finance transactions acting for the firm’s banking clients in relation to loans which are secured over residential, commercial and development properties. She also has experience in all aspects of landlord and tenant work and assists with a wide variety of landlord and tenant matters in respect of commercial lettings.
