Charlotte Clack

Charlotte is an associate solicitor in the commercial property and property finance departments.

Charlotte graduated from the University of Manchester in 2014 and went on to study the Legal Practice Course and MSc in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law. She joined Glovers in 2018 as a trainee solicitor and sat in the commercial property, property finance and litigation departments before qualifying as a solicitor in September 2020.

Charlotte assists on property finance transactions acting for the firm’s banking clients in relation to loans which are secured over residential, commercial and development properties. She also assists with a wide variety of landlord and tenant matters and has experience acting for residential developers on plot sales and property management work.
