It has just been announced that:-

• Statutory Maternity Pay, Statutory Paternity Pay, Statutory Adoption Pay and Shared Parental Pay will increase from £140.98 to £145.18 per week (or 90% of the employee’s average weekly earnings if this figure is less than the statutory rate). This change is expected to come into effect from 1 April 2018; and

• Statutory Sick Pay will increase from £89.35 to £92.05 per week. This is expected to occur on 6 April 2018.
