Glovers partner Philip Mundy has advised cult luxury British silk brand Olivia von Halle in connection with the lease of their new global headquarters at 6 Bayley Street, in the heart of Fitzrovia, central London.

The Grade II listed Georgian townhouse will provide five floors – basement, ground floor and three upper floors – of space which the brand hopes will become “the beating heart of the brand and a central home in which we can welcome buyers, journalists and friends.”

Olivia von Halle is sold in over 120 prestigious stores across 26 countries, including Harrods, Selfridges, Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus and Net-a-Porter.com.

It launched its first store in London’s Sloane Square in 2016 after launching e-commerce in 2011.

Celebrities such as Rihanna, Cara Delevingne, Jennifer Lopez and Gigi and Bella Hadid have helped raise awareness of Olivia von Halle’s range of pyjamas, robes and kimonos after sporting the sell-out ‘Missy’ tracksuit.

David Brogan of Agile Real Estate advised Olivia von Halle on the agency side.
