Licensing

The Licensing Act 2003 introduced an integrated scheme for licensing premises. Permission to carry out licensable activities such as the supply of alcohol, the provision of regulated entertainment and the provision of late night refreshment, is now contained in a single licence, the premises licence.

Having advised a number of national restaurant chains for over ten years, we have experience dealing with a wide range of licensing services, including new grants of premises licences, transfering licences, full and minor variations, temporary event notices and changing the DPS.
