A REIT provides a tax efficient way of investing in real property. A REIT must be listed on a recognised stock exchange and comply with detailed legislation in order to qualify for the tax advantages.

We advised the first REIT to be listed on the Luxembourg Bourse. We have the necessary experience to advise clients wishing to convert to REIT status or to advise existing REIT’s on compliance with the REIT regime.
