Privy Council Agents

Located in Mayfair in the City of Westminster we are conveniently located both for the Court and for clients arriving from overseas. We also have an associate office in Barbados.

We have acted successfully as agents upon a number of appeals principally from the Caribbean, the Channel Islands and Gibraltar. The appeals (acting for both Petitioner and Respondent) have covered a wide range of disputes:-

David Miles is a member of the Commonwealth Lawyers Association and President of the Commonwealth Mediators Association. He has lectured upon ADR in Grenada, Barbados, the Cayman Islands, Kenya and Uganda.
