Construction Partner Philip Eyre delivered a keynote address at the AGM of the East Anglia Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in Cambridge on the evening of 22nd April 2010, providing a short overview of the central themes of the Lord Justice Jackson Civil Litigation Costs Review Final Report. The talk emphasised the need for greater training for practitioners and Judges for the development of skills in litigation case Costs Management.
