Glovers' latest Privy Council attendance – 6 May 2009
Glovers acted as Privy Council Agents for an Appellant in respect of an Appeal relating to an application to expunge the proof of debts of an admitted claim and to challenge a liquidator’s decision to reject their proofs of debt. The issue in this matter was whether the above applications constitute proceedings in respect of which there is jurisdiction to order security for the costs of those applications. The hearing took place on 6 May. Judgment is to follow in due course.
