The ADR Practice Guide 3rd Edition (co-authored by Glovers’ David Miles) receives high praise

In the Spring edition of "The Expert" (a magazine published by the Academy of Experts) the book is reviewed.
 
The first paragraph of the review says:-
 
"This is a book that should not only be on the shelf of every litigation lawyer but should be read thoroughly by both lawyers and non lawyers involved in dispute resolution alike."
 
In addition, Professor Neil Andrews (a reader in civil procedure at Cambridge University) in an article upon ADR says about the book:-
 
"The authors have provided an outstanding service to all those who might be involved in mediation.  There is no doubt that this could be used as a text book for courses on mediation, but the authors main audience is mediation practitioners, lawyers, businessmen and judges.  All of these can derive considerable analytical and practical guidance, and much stimulation, from studying this excellent work."
 
We also understand that when lecturing undergraduates, Professor Neil Andrews has described the book as "the best book on ADR in the English language".
