On Monday 22 May 2017, Glovers took part in the London Legal Walk 2017. The team comprised of Edward Vaughan, Andrew Nicklinson, Philip Shotter, Philip Mundy, Kenny Friday, Paul Jagger, Stephanie Cullen, Daisy Martin, Adele Thomas, Sophie McFeely, Didem Budak, Cherry Ho and Alfred Johnston.

Our Glovers team was part of an estimated 12,000 legal professionals and 700 teams taking part in the annual charity fundraising walk. The 10km route took us along the Embankment before turning into The Mall and Constitution Hill, then through St James's Park before taking a turn around the Serpentine and walking back to the Law Society on Chancery Lane.

The London Legal Walk is organised every year by the London Legal Support Trust which is an independent charity that raises funds for free legal services in London & the South East. They support the provision of specialist legal advice through law centres, advice agencies and citizens’ advice bureaux by providing them with grant funding alongside other forms of support. These agencies do a fantastic job in preventing homelessness, resolving debt problems, fighting exploitation and gaining care for the elderly and disabled.
