We regularly assist companies in financial difficulty and advise directors on their responsibilities to creditors and shareholders. We can lead negotiations with banks and other major creditors on debt for equity swaps and loan rescheduling proposals and have particular experience in enforcing security for lenders and recovering possession of and realising charged assets.
