Glovers were retained by London International Exhibition Centre Plc on the development of the ExCeL London exhibition and conference centre in London's Docklands. We continue to act for the Company on Site Development Infrastructure and Estate Planning Matters.

The Commercial Property Team advises on all aspects of commercial property work, from brown/greenfield development sites to investment portfolios acquisitions and disposals. Development work encompasses residential, office, industrial and other commercial activities, whilst investment transactions include both commercial and residential assets. We can also advise on ancillary aspects including infrastructure and planning agreements, environmental, planning and tax issues. Our clients include from major construction companies, developers, private investors, leisure (particularly restaurant) and retail companies and various public institutions and bodies.

We have in-depth knowledge in Landlord and Tenant matters, acting for both landlords and tenants in connection with office, industrial estates, shopping centres and the high street. Portfolio management work is also undertaken and we have gained substantial experience in liquor licence applications through our work in the Restaurant sector. We are also in a position to provide detailed advice about funding arrangements through consultation with our Banking and Finance Department.
