The Guide refers to the types of situations where legal advice may be required in the life cycle of the adjudication. It should be borne in mind that there have been numerous High Court and Court of Appeal judgments concerning the interpretation of relevant adjudication provisions and natural justice after publication of the Guide that may not have been anticipated in the drafting of the Guide. The list of Adjudicator Nominating Bodies at Appendix B is not a comprehensive list of all the bodies undertaking to nominate adjudicators upon request. For example, Adjudication.co.uk undertakes to make adjudicator nominations as an ANB.
