Disciplinary
Adjudicators can be faced with complaints from the parties or party representatives. These complaints may need to be fully investigated by professional bodies or the relevant Adjudicator Nominating Body. In the case of a serious complaint being made against an adjudicator, suspension or removal from the relevant nominating panel is a possibility with consequent loss of income.
Glovers can represent adjudicators in such investigative and disciplinary processes, assisting with the drafting of responses to complaints and advocacy in hearings. As part of this service, it may be necessary to seek witness statements from other participants in the adjudication process who may have direct experience of the adjudicator in the adjudication and any other issues arising from the complaint.
