Adjudicatior Nominating Bodies (ANBs)
The fee for the nomination of an adjudicator is £382. The form for seeking the nomination is below:
The nomination form includes notes for making the nomination and sets out the criteria that may be applied for making the nomination. The identity of the nominated adjudicator will be entirely in the discretion of the RICS. The party seeking the nomination may make representations about the identity or attributes of the adjudicator required. A copy of the representations needs to be copied to the Responding Party at the same time as it is sent to the RICS.
CEDR Solve
There is no initial fee for the nomination of an adjudicator. As a condition of being on the CEDR panel, each adjudicator allows a contribution back to CEDR (taken from the fees payable by the parties) for covering the administrative costs of maintaining the panel and making the appointment.
